Our turnaround time for orders is 30 days.
If you are looking to place an order with us, but need them for a specific date, please get in touch with us via email or Instagram DM to discuss. 

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will also include your tracking details.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.

If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock!

Due to the particularity of our products, we do not support returns without reason. If there are quality problems with our products, please contact us within 3 days and we will reply to you within one working day (holidays are skipped to the next working day) , we can proceed according to the processing results after processing. Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

There always takes about 1~2 weeks before customizing to dispatching, and then still takes about 1~2 weeks to transporting, since the international shipping has many uncontrol factors, the estimated time we provided is just for reference. You will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. You can use the tracking code from the email to check on the official website of the corresponding logistics company.
